Welcome to Cucamonga Carpet Cleaning. By using our services and website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. And likewise if you are not satisfied with the terms and expected service we understand onsite cancellation, as of yet we have not had this occur. If you need to reschedule or cancel please let us know (Phone call Preferred) as soon as you can.

1. Services Provided

  • Cucamonga Carpet Cleaning: We will call you to let you know when we are on our way to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We require you to be home at the time of the appointment and that the house is ready to be cleaned for example:<  the toys are picked up and all small items are cleared and the pets are secured.

  • All pricing is listed upfront, and there are NO Hidden fees.

  • Payment is due upon job completion.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards (via Square), and other digital payments.

  • Discounts for CASH paying clients.

  • Additional charges will be incurred for urine if you want the urine removed.

2. Booking & Cancellations

  • Customers can book appointments online, via phone calls, SMS messaging or through Facebook Ads & the Yelp platform.

  • Booking must be confirmed in Markate and you will receive a confirmation SMS message 

  • NO Cancellation Fee

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.     

3. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

  • 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed 

  • We strive for 100% satisfaction with every job. If you are not satisfied:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service.

  • We will re-clean the area free of charge, provided the issue is related to our service.

4. Liability & Limitations

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to carpets, upholstery, or flooring.

  • Some stains may not be fully removable depending on the carpet material and the nature of the stain.

  • Customers are responsible for securing pets and valuables before our arrival. We are not Liable for their misplacement or damage.

  • We are not responsible for slip & falls.

5. Payments, Privacy & Data Protection

  • We offer discounts for cash payments, we charge a fee for credit cards,

    we also accept other forms of payment as well such as, CASH APP, Venmo & Zelle

  • Customer information is used solely for scheduling, service updates, and promotional offers within our company.

  • We do not sell personal data with third parties.

  • Payment transactions are securely processed through Square utilizing their encryption process.

6. Changes to Terms

  • Cucamonga Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
